Excellence in Education 2021 Nominations

Welcome to the 2021, Tempe Diablos Excellence in Education award nomination site! It is truly our honor to bring you this program as we celebrate the work of the educators and staff members that exemplify the extraordinary, creative and inspirational quality of education that the youth or our community receive. Over the past 30+ years, the Diablos have had the privilege of supporting programs which enhance and enrich our children’s lives in our community. Through these programs, we have been exposed to the astonishing work that our educators and staff members execute on a daily basis to win our children’s hearts and inspire their minds.

The process starts right here! This is your opportunity to nominate that special educator or staff member that you feel is deserving of special recognition. Please carefully review the awards for eligibility and appropriateness of your nomination. It’s important to provide details to help our review committee determine those most worthy of winning, however please be succinct in your nomination. Please define all acronyms, quantify achievement results when appropriate, and explain relevance of accomplishments, qualifications or other awards that would warrant consideration in your nomination.

Thank you for taking the time to nominate! The Diablos sincerely appreciate the time and effort it takes to complete this nomination form. All award finalists and winners will be presented at the Excellence in Education Award Ceremony and Dinner Monday, May 4th, 2020, at Tempe Center for the Arts.
